1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to www.deinazubi.de and app.deinazubi.de. The provider is DeinAzubi, Ishaq Adeshina Kokumo, Juliusstr. 11, 42105 Wuppertal, Germany (see legal notice).

2. What DeinAzubi offers

DeinAzubi helps applicants, especially from abroad, find an Ausbildung (vocational training) in Germany. This includes:

  • searching Ausbildung positions from the job search of the German Federal Employment Agency,
  • the Ausbildung Explorer with information about careers,
  • profiles of companies that are training apprentices right now,
  • a CV and cover letter maker, free and without watermark,
  • sending applications to companies directly through DeinAzubi,
  • an application tracker that shows where you applied and what comes next,
  • guides on applying, German certificates and visas.

We are building some features step by step; the website shows what is available right now.

DeinAzubi is free for applicants. We are not a recruitment agency and not an employer. We do not sign training contracts, arrange visas or promise a training place or entry to Germany.

3. Job listings and company content

Companies write the job listings; we take them from the Federal Employment Agency. We do not check each one and do not guarantee that a position is still open or that the details are correct. Pay, length and German level in the Ausbildung Explorer are guidelines.

When you apply to a company, the contact is directly between you and the company.

4. Account

  • You can create an account from age 16.
  • Give true information and keep your login details secret.
  • Each person may have only one account.
  • You can delete your account at any time. We may block accounts that break these terms.

5. Your content

CVs, cover letters and documents you create or upload belong to you. You are responsible for them being correct and for having the right to use them. You allow us to store and process them for you so the features work, and nothing more.

6. Applying through DeinAzubi

When you apply through DeinAzubi, we send your application to the company on your behalf: as an email from "Your name via DeinAzubi", with replies going straight to you. You decide the content and attachments and are responsible for the details being true.

  • We only send applications you start yourself, and only to companies with an application address.
  • So that companies do not receive mass emails, there is a maximum number of applications per day.
  • We cannot guarantee that an application arrives, is read or answered. Only the company decides about the training place.
  • The tracker shows when and where you applied. You update the status yourself when a company replies.

7. AI suggestions

Some features make suggestions with artificial intelligence. Suggestions can contain mistakes. Check every text before you use it, and never use details that are not true, such as experience or qualifications you do not have.

8. What is not allowed

  • giving false or misleading information or pretending to be someone else,
  • fetching or copying content or listings automatically in bulk,
  • harassing, discriminating against or harming others,
  • uploading or sending malware or spam,
  • using the website for illegal purposes.

9. Advertising

We show labelled offers from partners, for example on health insurance. Advertising never appears in your CV, cover letter or application.

10. Availability

We try to keep DeinAzubi available at all times but cannot guarantee it. We may change, extend or discontinue features.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaching essential obligations that make using the service possible, limited to typical, foreseeable damage. We are not liable for the content of companies or third-party websites.

12. Changes

We may update these terms when our service changes. We inform users with an account by email before significant changes.

13. Law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected.
